AIRPORT RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All online reservations for airport pick ups and returns are refundable up to 24 hours of the pick up date and time MINUS a 15% cancellation fee ( or $15.00 whichever is greater).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick up time are nonrefundable.

NO SHOW” POLICY

If a customer does not appear at their designated pick up location at their reserved time without calling to cancel or change their reservation, the fare is nonrefundable. Please call 850-650-6333 if you flight is delayed or cancelled.

Waiting Policy

waiting time will be billed at $5 for every 15 minutes.



Charter Terms and Conditions Agreement

RATES:
The rates are based on the original information provided by the chartering party. Any deviation may result in additional charges. The driver must call the dispatcher for approval to accommodate unplanned stops and detours. If the actual trip miles exceed contract mileage, the chartering party will be billed for the additional mileage.

DEPOSITS:
Vehicles will not be reserved or taken out of inventory until this contract is signed and returned to Sunshine Shuttle's office along with the deposit. The deposit is refundable (minus 15% cancellation fee on total charter amount) if the charter is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date of the trip departure. Deposits are non refundable if the charter is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations will have a 15% cancellation fee. Charter cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the day of the trip are refundable minus a 50% cancellation fee. Charter cancellations made more than 30 days of the date of the trip are refundable minus a 15% cancellation fee.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES:
Smoking, drugs, *eating,*drinking, chewing gum, wet clothing, and bathing suits are prohibited in vehicles. All animals except for guide dogs are prohibited in vehicles. *Food and beverages may be allowed for adult groups only with prior approval and a payment of a $75 cleaning fee.

DISCLAIMER:
Sunshine Shuttle is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in vehicles. Baggage is limited to only the amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the vehicles and is handled at the passenger’s risk. Any damage to the vehicles or unnecessary cleanups will automatically be charged to the chartering party. We reserve the right to refuse service to those passengers whose behavior constitutes a safety hazard. Sunshine Shuttle reserves the right to substitute equipment whenever necessary.
